Woman accsued in rental fraud
Investigators say a Wellington woman used fake identities, bogus bank statements, and fraudulent documents to scam landlords out of thousands in unpaid rent over nearly 20 years. Deputies say the alleged scheme targeted luxury homes across Wellington and may have affected even more victims.
