New Model Homes in the Southwest near some of the Best Schools in Bakersfield Starting at $450,000
Today, I’m excited to explore a brand new community in the southwest, developed by local builder John Balfanz here in Bakersfield, California. The community is named Horizon and is divided into two sections. The northern area starts at $550,000, while the southern section begins at $450,000. Situated within a homeowners association (HOA) neighborhood, the monthly fees average around $100. One of the highlights of this community is its proximity to some of Bakersfield's top school districts, particularly Buena Vista. Additionally, it’s just a short 15-minute drive to the new Hard Rock Casino.
Our first stop will be the Horizon South model home, which offers approximately 1,800 square feet and starts at $450,000. Following that, we'll head over to Horizon North, where homes begin at around $550,000. After touring these two areas, I’ll also share a special bonus with you—an opportunity to view three move-in ready homes that are available for purchase before the year ends, along with fantastic builder incentives of 6% to assist with closing costs or to buy down the interest rate. Now, let’s dive in!
If you’re thinking about moving to Bakersfield or buying a brand-new home, this community is definitely worth checking out.
