BODYCAM: Puppy saved from 92-degree heat inside parked car; owner arrested
Body camera video shows Florida officers rescuing an overheated puppy from a locked car outside a Five Below as temperatures climbed above 90 degrees. Police say the dog had been trapped inside for at least 40 minutes, and the owner now faces an animal cruelty charge.
